1. Find a smarter way to express opinion no matter how good you think it is. By smarter, I mean do not offend your team member.
2. No need to win your team member, you're coorperating with them, so support them.
3. People are not that great to easily accept ideas better than theirs.
4. It's a team, don't think to do everything by yourself. Take good care of your own part.
5. Stay cool, stay nice.
